Funding and Financial Statements

Funding:

Until now, the Nile Basin Society had not received any funding since its registration in May 14th, 2001. The bulk of funding is mainly contributions by the founder as can be seen from the financial statements below. The NBS did receive only 2 contributions, one from RBM (an affiliate) for Can $20 and another from Jean Bigagaza, Ex-Secretary General for Can $150.
